| In our country,civil servants have a huge system as practitioners of state power,and township and township civil servants,as township personnel in the civil service system,are the most direct spokespersons of government image and credibility of the government,and can be said to be the spokespersons of the people and the government.Civil servants must base themselves on efficient and high-quality work in the relationship between the government and the people.At present,the incentive mechanism of civil servants in China is not perfect.This is particularly problematic in the incentive mechanism of township civil servants.In the incentive mechanism,salary incentives are the most direct.Therefore,it is very important to improve the salary incentive mechanism of township civil servants.This article takes the township government of Pengze County as an example.Based on the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current state of salary incentives for township officials in townships and townships in Pengze County.Several strategies for civil servants’ salary incentives: First,the incentive mechanism of township civil servants is related to the work efficiency of township civil servants and will have a significant impact on the economic and social development of rural China.Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory holds that people’s expectations are closely related to the hierarchy of needs,so it is necessary to set the incentive mechanism according to the individual needs of township civil servants.Secondly,by analyzing the current state of salary incentives for township and township civil servants in China,we can find that there are a series of problems in China’s township and township civil servants’ salary incentive mechanism,such as “the assessment system is not sound”,“the salary structure is unreasonable” and “neglecting negative reinforcement”.At the same time,an empirical analysis was carried out in combination with A town of Pengze County,Jiangxi Province.Third,through analysis of the salary incentive system of foreign civil servants and the salary incentive mechanism of domestic enterprises and institutions,we have found good experience and references such as “marketization of salaries” and “broadband compensation”.Fourth,based on the analysis above and the new era of China since the 19 th National Congress,and the new civil servants law,we proposed corresponding design,improvement,flexibility,and appropriate strategies for the compensation mechanism of civil servants in towns and townships. |
