Research On The System Of Making Criminal Records Of Sexual Assault On Children Public—From The Perspective Of Crime Prevention

With the serious and serious harm of sexual aggression against minors in China in recent years,the health and happiness of minors have been greatly threatened,and it has also caused great moral panic and anger among the public.On the one hand,due to the traditional concept of chastity,"sexual taboos","family ugliness can not be promoted" social psychology and the lack of a comprehensive sexual assault juvenile incident mandatory reporting system,the "black number" of sexual aggression against minors is extremely high;On the one hand,the trials of local courts and relevant data from the judiciary indicate that the severity of sexual assault against minors exceeds the imagination of the people.The reason behind this phenomenon is the concern about the crimes of sexual aggression against minors,investigations,disclosures,and the incompatibility of criminal policies.Therefore,the establishment of a set of criminal records publicized patterns of sexual crimes against children has become a necessary choice to prevent such crimes.The research of this article is under such research background,starting from the angle of crime prevention,has carried on the research to the criminal record open mode of the sexual abuse crime against children,in the process of this research,taking "minors first" as the core value orientation,and on the premise of analyzing the legislative construction of the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom in this respect,the author puts forward the construction of the publicity model of sexual crimes against children in China,When constructing our country’s criminal record disclosure system for sexual assault of children,we should pay attention to the establishment of a situational prevention system mechanism,constructively propose the establishment of a mandatory reporting system for sexual assaults,establish an information registration system for offenders of sexual assaults,and improve sexual assaults.The system of prohibiting criminals from working.At the same time,a system of Risk Assessment and correction for perpetrators of sexual offences against children should be established,with emphasis on the establishment of a risk assessment system for perpetrators of sexual offences against children,improve the evidence-based correction model in prison and establish social supervision and community correction model and other measures.Through the research of this article,we can not only fully understand the current situation and shortcomings of the criminal record of sexual abuse of children in our country,but also understand the advanced systems and advanced experience of foreign developed countries,and through these systems and experiences for reference,Provide experience and reference when constructing our country’s comprehensive system of publicizing criminal records of sexual assault on children.
