Research On The Information Disclosure System Of Sexual Aggression On Juveniles

Information disclosure system of sexual assault on minors is a legal system which aims to reduce the recidivism rate of sexual assault on minors.With the practical development of this legal system in the United States,its influence radiates around the world.Up to now,many countries have established similar systems.The implementation measures on the disclosure of information of the perpetrators of sexual assault on minors issued by Cixi of Zhejiang province is a valuable practice in introducing the information disclosure system of the perpetrators of sexual assault on minors into China for the first time.At present,it is particularly important to study the origin,development,(dis)advantages of the system.Meanwhile,it is crucial to find a feasible localized approach which is suitable for China.This paper will summarize the core content,analyze the problems in the implementation of the system,and provide the practical localized path on the basis of sorting out the origin of the system of information disclosure of sexual assault on minors and its influence on the world.
