A Research On Public Security Intelligence Sharing Model Based On Consortium Blockchain

The establishment of the intelligence command center promotes the integration and sharing of intelligence resources.Although some achievements have been made within the public security organs,between the public security organs and external agencies,the breadth and depth of sharing has been limited due to factors such as systems differences,data security,and departmental interests.Blockchain can provide solutions to problems such as high cost,low efficiency,insecure data storage,and uneven distribution of benefits.After analyzing three types of blockchain,we found that the consortium blockchain network that allows only authorized nodes to join is more suitable for public security agencies.Because the consortium blockchain network has high legitimacy and credibility,is conducive to confidentiality and accountability.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary to build a public security intelligence sharing model based on consortium blockchain with empirical analysis.This paper uses the literature research method,investigation research method,and empirical research method.On the basis of summarizing the research experience and current research status in related fields at home and abroad,the CPBP public security intelligence sharing model is guided by the information sharing theory,collaboration theory,and incentive theory.By constructing this model,breaking down intelligence barriers and strengthening departmental trust,the efficiency and security of public security intelligence sharing will be enhanced.The CPBP public security intelligence sharing model uses the consensus mechanism,security mechanism,and storage mechanism as technical support.It consists of four parts:the certificate chain module,the branch chain module,the cross-chains protocol module,and the contribution integration module.It has the characteristics of scalability,security,fairness and efficiency.This paper analyzes the application of the model in the public security organs of a city according to the four links of the construction of branch chain,the establishment of the certificate chain,the sharing of intelligence information,and the incentive of intelligence sharing.In the end,this article makes a prospect for the model of channel smoothing,scientific response and resource saving.
