Research On The "People-oriented" Service Quality Management System Of Elderly Care Enterprise

It is urgent to speed up the elderly care service development in order to meet the social needs caused by aggravation of population aging in China.The most important thing of improve elderly care service is service quality improvement.In China,the elderly care industry started late,and there's no rich experience for reference.There are still many outstanding management problems of service quality which need to be improved as soon as possible.Through the quality management system establishment to ensure continuous and stable quality service from elderly care industry.It is an important topic of research and develop current elderly care service.Firstly,this article introduces the research background and current research situation on quality management system of elderly care service.It puts forward the main contents,methods and significance of the research.Secondly,this article studies the service characteristics and the elder population's expectation of life.Combined with the research of ISO 9001 quality management system,the article summarizes the significance and importance of "people-oriented" quality management concept for improving elderly care service quality.Then,this article studies the current development status and quality management status of Chinese elderly care service,finds out the disadvantage,and points out the four major reasons of ignore the needs identification and communication of service objects,ignore employees' promotion on professional competence,ignore the system's construction and supervision guarantee,and lack of innovation in service.The root cause is lack of attention to "people" and "people-oriented".Finally,investigate the specific practice from domestic elderly care benchmarking enterprises in the process of applying quality management system to improve service quality.According to this,we can find out the specified way to construct the "people-oriented” quality management system.
