| As an important group that cannot be ignored in modern society,migrant children’s mental health has always been concerned by all walks of life.As a kind of mental health problem,low self-efficacy will harm migrant children in social integration,interpersonal communication,etc.,thus affecting the healthy development of society.In order to solve the problem of floating children’s sense of self-efficacy,it is necessary to explore the reasons for the low self-efficacy of floating children,start from the roots,and then enhance the self-efficacy of floating children.In order to evaluate the current situation of migrant children’s self-efficacy in village T,understand the needs and problems of migrant children’s self-efficacy,formulate targeted group programs,so as to enhance the self-efficacy of migrant children.Taking 12 migrant children in T Village,P District,Chengdu as the research object,under the perspective of resilience and guided by the self-efficacy theory,the team "Guarding Childlike Innocence and Knowing Me from Heart" is carried out.Through the methods of semi-structured interview,participatory observation and questionnaire survey,it is found that migrant children have poor academic performance,lack of self-confidence in interpersonal relationships and poor emotional adjustment in their sense of self-efficacy.From the perspective of resilience,it explores the risk factors that affect migrant children’s self-efficacy including academic risk,interpersonal risk and personality risk.Protection factors are analyzed from two aspects:external protection factors and internal protection factors.There are four main external protection factors for migrant children in village T:migrant children in village T have their own family networks,migrant children in village T have their own peer groups,and migrant children in village T have the support of social welfare organizations,Migrant children in village T can get some family support.The internal protection factors are mainly in three aspects:first,the floating children in village t have certain self-care ability,the floating children in village t have the motivation to pursue a better life,and the floating children in village t have themselves.After the complete intervention of group work,the final research results show that: group work has a significant effect on improving the self-efficacy of migrant children;The application of resilience theory is helpful to excavate the protective factors of migrant children.Expanding information sources of self-efficacy is beneficial to the improvement of self-efficacy of migrant children.Finally,under the guidance of resilience theory,the measures and methods of social work intervention in migrant children’s sense of self-efficacy are further discussed: based on professional theory,strengthen the publicity of social work concept;Focus on activity planning to ensure long-term effectiveness of services;Pay attention to synergy and build a social support network. |
