The Application Of Interactive Model In The Group Work Of Self-efficacy Improvement Of The Elderly Migrants

With the increasing number of elderly migrants in China and the immature development of relevant policies and measures,most of the elderly migrants are prone to self-awareness,emotional and social discomfort within a few months to a year after entering the new community.Based on the project of "Dusk Joy Accompaniment" in Y Community of Suzhou City in 2018,this paper selected 11 elderly migrants and set up a self-efficacy promotion group to help them solve the problems of inadequate physical health,self-awareness and social support network expansion.At the same time,it tried to build a group model for the elderly migrants to enhance their self-efficacy.Form and mechanism.In the content arrangement of the full text,firstly,the research background and project content are briefly summarized,the previous relevant literature is focused on combing,and the relevant project experience is integrated to design the measurement questionnaire and practical scheme.Secondly,this paper analyses the current situation of the needs of elderly people in Y community,and explores the reasons.The survey found that with the growth of their age,social circles are shrinking,self-efficacy is declining,which brings many physiological and psychological problems to individuals.According to the collected data,a support group is formed,and the practical mode and skill application of the project are studied and analyzed.Finally,it evaluates the service effect of the project,refines and summarizes the practical technology and experience,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions while reflecting on the inadequacy of the project.The study finds that the interactive model has certain effect on promoting the living adaptation of the elderly,and the self-efficacy of the elderly has been improved to a certain extent through intervention.
