In the 21 st century,science and technology are developing at an unprecedented speed.The Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence have become hot topics in research.The development of technology not only provides convenience for people’s life,but also promotes the progress of administration.The introduction of intelligent technology into administration makes traditional administration step by step into automatic administration,improves the working efficiency of administrative organs,and brings about corresponding legal problems.This article analyzes the legal problems brought about by the current automatic administration in China.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The first chapter introduces the definition of automation administration,classifies the automation administration,and explains the legal attributes of the automation administrative equipment at all levels.The second chapter analyzes the advantages of automatic administration compared with traditional administration from three aspects of administrative legislation,administrative governance and administrative supervision.The third chapter explores the responsibility of automatic administration,mainly from the main body of responsibility,responsibility type analysis of automatic administrative equipment responsibility,and put forward the idea of improving relief.Chapter four points out the legal risks arising from automated administration from three aspects of algorithms,procedures and personal data,and proposes countermeasures to deal with legal risks,starting from three angles of improving the legislative system,advancing the technological revolution,and strengthening the supervision mechanism It is hoped that it can enrich the deficiencies and lack of research on "automated administration" by domestic scholars.
