The Rise Of Automatic Administration And The Response Of Administrative Law System

Under the background of the great development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly,and the research on Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and so on from all walks of life is deepening.The development of science and technology not only provides convenience for people’s life,but also constantly improves the way of administrative behavior.The specific application of artificial intelligence in the traditional administrative field is called automatic administration by the academic circles.On the one hand,the rise of automatic administration improves the efficiency of administrative organs,on the other hand,it causes scholars’ dispute about the legal attribute of automatic equipment.The characteristics of automatic administration,such as automatic and fuzziness of decision-making,bring challenges to the practice of traditional administrative law.The rise of automatic administration not only improves the administrative efficiency,but also affects the procedural rights of the administrative counterpart.Automatic administration is mixed with the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology,and the legal problems in practical application need to be controlled.In this paper,the author intends to sort out the challenges and legal issues of the current development and application of automatic administration to the practice of administrative law.In the introduction part,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and expresses new opinions.In the first chapter,automatic administration is summarized.Firstly,it defines the meaning of automatic administration,classifies automatic administration and analyzes the legal attribute of automatic administrative equipment.Secondly,it expounds the advantages of automatic administration by analyzing the promotion of administrative rules and rationalization of policy-making.Secondly,it analyzes the application of automatic administration in the field of traditional administration The third chapter analyzes the application of automatic administration in practice,and expounds the challenge of automatic administration to the practice of traditional administrative law;the fourth chapter solves the dilemma of automatic administration from the perspective of empowerment and system improvement.Although it is not complete,I hope it can enrich the lack of domestic scholars’ research on "automatic administration",maintain a cautious attitude towards artificial intelligence,make the smooth development of automatic administration,and better play the role of science and technology in promoting administration.
