The Practical Research On The Wechat Public Platform For Party Members’ Voluntary Service Based On The Use And Satisfaction Theory

In the new era,CPC members’ voluntary service is an important platform for maintaining the progressive nature of party members,keeping close relations with the party group and implementing the mass line.The volunteer service of CPC members is a basic element and an important force of China’s modern political development,social construction and public management,and also a backbone force that drives all kinds of groups to participate in building a social governance pattern of joint construction and shared governance.However,due to the traditional organization method of volunteer service projects,the narrow release of information targeted for service demand,and no obvious incentive of volunteer service,etc.,the CPC members’ voluntary service participation is narrow and their participation is low,which restricts the development of CPC members’ voluntary service.With the development of information technology and new media,WeChat,as the most widely used instant messaging tool,has a great impact on people’s lifestyle,especially the rapidly developing WeChat public platform.Faced with such opportunities,in order to keep pace with the times,how to innovatively apply WeChat public platform to CPC members’ voluntary service while effectively integrate CPC members’ voluntary service resources,efficiently improve mobilization,management and promotion of volunteer service organization,has become a crucial focus in promoting the development of volunteer service.This paper,taking Shanghai Xuhui district as its empirical research object,analyzes the basic routines of the WeChat public platform for the party members’ voluntary service,its influence and its current shortcomings through questionnaire survey,demonstration analysis,etc.On this basis,the paper puts forward a series of suggestions,optimizing the policies for such WeChat public platforms,striving to apply the concept of “micro-platform” to CPC members’ voluntary service,using “micro-registration” to recruit CPC members for the cause of volunteering,applying “micro-management” in docking voluntary service projects,as “micro-integration” carries forward the spirit of voluntary service.All these strategies provides both theoretical and practical support for mobilizing,organizing and managing CPC members to take part in voluntary service in the basic level party organization.Chapter one,introduction.The goal of this article is to present the research background and objectives while focusing on the WeChat public platform,CPC members’ voluntary service and the opportunities in basic level party construction brought by the new round of development in the field of information technology in meantime.This paper also concludes the definition of WeChat and its public platform,as it summarizes the documents about WeChat,its public platform and CPC members’ voluntary service in various aspects.Chapter two,the use and satisfaction theory.This thesis uses the use and satisfaction theory as its research basis,to organize the origin and the main points of view of it,its development in the network era,and to summarize the main theoretical details in this thesis.Chapter three,empirical case analysis.By using the Xuhui district as an example,this essay analyzes the status quo of the construction and usage of the WeChat public platform for the party members’ voluntary service while researching the basic methods for CPC members to participate in such services.Chapter four,the model of the platform’s effect and its route of progress.This chapter analyzes the party members’ use and satisfaction towards the platform,lists out its influence and accomlishments,and brings out the conclusive path model of party members’ voluntary service under the influence of this platform.Chapter five,the analysis of the existing problems.This paper combines the research on both real time and hypothetical problems,as the descriptive statistics collected from the many questionnaires specified for this survey in this chapter quantify and sum up valuable situations such as the deficiencies of the WeChat public platform proposed for motivating the party members’ voluntary service.Chapter six,analysis of countermeasures.On the base of the use and satisfactory theory,in order to give out a better result,this paper expounds the countermeasures to optimize the WeChat public platform for the party members’ voluntary service.
