A Study On The Generation Of Minors’ Resistance To Crimes Under The Intervention Of Social Work

Juvenile delinquency has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.With the progress of the times and the continuous improvement of the law,the subject of governance of juvenile delinquency has been extended from the public prosecution system to all social systems.As one of the important actor for social participation,how will social work organization participate? What will be the effect as the result of the participation? This has become the focus of the government and the public.Under the influence of the policy,the public security departments and social work organizations began to carry out pilot cooperation.The system reform has promoted the development of judicial social work in various regions,but the cooperation modes in different regions are different: purchase services of social work organizations,entrust social work organizations,purchase judicial social work posts,etc.No matter which way,the most concern of the government is the professionalism of social workers-the effectiveness of social workers’ participation,the input-output issues.In the study of judicial social workers,there are many discussions on the necessity of judicial social workers and how to participate in a specific process,few studies on the process and effectiveness of social workers’ participation,and less studies on the resilience of minors involved in crime.In this paper,taking the criminal minors involved in the judicial social work service of X institutions in CD city as an example,the author tries to analyze the generation path of the criminal minors’ resilience in accepting the help and education service by the way of resilience wheel model under the support of ecosystem theory and advantage perspective theory,so as to provide a reference for the government procurement service and other social work organizations participating in the service.The author uses the existing research results in the aspect of youth resilience for reference,carried out a questionnaire survey on the minors involved in who are service by X institution,and interviewed those social workers who have rich experience in providing such services.It also analyzed the current situation,problems and needs of the minors involved in the service,introduces the practical process under the theory of resilience wheel,and through the evaluation draws a conclusion that the minors involved in the crime,their anti-adversity ability has been improved after their belonging,trust,efficacy and optimism have been optimized.On this basis,the paper discusses the improvement of the resilience of the minors involved in crime,the education base of the minors involved in crime,the service contents of the minors involved in crime.
