Village cadres are the direct promoters,organizers and practitioners of rural construction in China,and they are the main force to lead the development of villages and make villagers rich.Therefore,we should pay special attention to the incentive work of village cadres,constantly improve their creativity,execution and enthusiasm,promote the sustainable and healthy development of village cadres,guide them to better contribute to the revitalization of the countryside and serve the villagers.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that in recent years,Lianyun District of Lianyungang City has actively implemented the reform of village cadres’ salary system,regularly implemented the special action of "three rules and three decisions" for village cadres,innovated and implemented the three-level incentive of "three brand" management for village cadres,and actively constructed the incentive mechanism for village cadres from material incentive,political incentive,spiritual incentive,development incentive,etc Good results have been achieved.At the same time,it is found that there are still some problems in the incentive of village cadres in Lianyun District,Lianyungang City,mainly including the policy tool system still needs to be improved,the material incentive means need to be optimized,the spiritual incentive strength needs to be increased,the development incentive way is relatively monotonous,and the application of post objectives and results is insufficient.The reasons for these problems include the need to update the incentive concept,the incentive system is not perfect,and the system is not perfect Not enough.Based on the local reality,the countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of village cadres in Lianyun District of Lianyungang City include improving the policy tools in the incentive process of village cadres,optimizing the material incentive of village cadres,deepening the spiritual incentive of village cadres,strengthening the development incentive of village cadres,and making good use of supervision and management.
