Research On The Informatization Management Of Party Construction In State-owned Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology,information technology represented by the Internet has become the main carrier of information acquisition,and also the mainstream media with the greatest influence and development potential in the field of media.They are of great significance to the optimization of the structure of the national economy.At present,it is urgent for state-owned enterprises to use network information technology to actively carry out the information management of party construction in state-owned enterprises and combine it with the actual production activities of enterprises.Because the prefecture-level state-owned enterprises in the middle of the organizational structure of state-owned enterprises are in the position of connecting the preceding and the following in the informatization management of party construction of the whole state-owned enterprises,it is of great practical significance and value to study the informatization management of party construction of state-owned enterprises in prefecture-level cities.J city has been committed to the transformation of resource-based economy since the 1990 s.In 1997,the municipal government issued a resource-based city in the central and western regions,the state-owned enterprises in J city still occupy a large proportion of the economy,and the information management of the party construction of state-owned enterprises is also typical.Taking J city as typical cases,from the perspective of organizational process reengineering,using literature research to the related concept is defined,through discussion and case analysis,finally on how to perfect the current city information management system of state-owned enterprise party construction work and puts forward somecountermeasures.The first chapter is the state-owned enterprise party building information management overview.This paper mainly defines and expounds the concept of party construction and informatization management in state-owned enterprises,and introduces in detail the basic situation of informatization construction in foreign countries and the main ways of informatization management in party construction of the communist party of China.The second chapter focuses on the J city state-owned party construction information management status quo.This paper introduces the status quo of the informatization management of party construction in state-owned enterprises in J city,sorts out the work status quo and management measures,analyzes the operation of each informatization management system of party construction one by one,and summarizes the achievements.The third chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the informatization management of party construction of state-owned enterprises in J
