Research On The Policy Implementation Of Rural Land Acquisition And Demolition In Guanghan City In Sichuan Province

In recent years,with the implementation of China's Western Development Campaign,"One Belt and One Road" Construction,the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and other strategic policies,the wave of rural land acquisition and demolition is rising gradually.In the process of promoting rural land acquisition and demolition,the importance of the Settlement Policy has been highlighted,which directly related to the success of rural land acquisition and demolition.Therefore,the importance of further study of this policy is taken for granted.This paper mainly takes Guanghan City located in Sichuan Province,Western Region of China as an example to explore the implementation of this policy,in order to provide some reference.At present,the settlement of rural land acquisition and demolition which caused increasing contradictions and sharpness has become the social focus.In order to properly deal with this contradiction,Guanghan enriched and improved relevant laws and regulations continuously,specified relevant provisions strictly,set up resettlement compensation reasonably.All that has made some achievements on striking a balance between meeting the demand for land for economic and social development and safeguarding the interests of the people,but also exposed some problems.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper has mastered a large number of detailed information on the evolution of policies on land acquisition and demolition,the status quo of resettlement,and the satisfaction of the masses to the government's behavior of land acquisition and demolition.This paper is divided into five parts.The text is mainly composed of the implementation status,existing problems,cause analysis and main countermeasures of rural land acquisition and demolition policy in Guanghan City.In Guanghan rural land acquisition and demolition policy implementation status,mainly divided into basic introduction,policy implementation mode,effectiveness,satisfaction analysis four aspects;in the implementation of the policy of land acquisition and demolition in rural areas of Guanghan,this paper mainly analyzes the problems such as the policy renewal lagging behind the actual needs,the behavior of the land acquisition and demolition,and the pressure of grass-roots work.This article mainly carries on the reason analysis from the policy formulation,the policy implementation,the policy supervision and other aspects.As a result,some suggestions are put forward to improve the construction of land acquisition and demolition system,scientifically formulate compensation and resettlement standards,and establish and perfect the guarantee system,etc.
