The Selected Graduates is the abbreviation of the group recruited and assigned to the grass-roots work from the outstanding graduates of the university and above and other service grassroots personnel and the key training group for the reserve cadre candidates in accordance with the plan and procedures by the Organization Department of the Party committee.As the "source project" of excellent young cadres,the selection of Selected Graduates is an important cadre and personnel system,which provides a large number of high-quality talents for the grass-roots party and government organs,and enriches the grass-roots party and government leading groups and reserve cadres.After long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the new situation and new requirements,it is an urgent problem for the management department and the candidates themselves to further give full play to the advantages of the resources and improve their competence level.Therefore,based on the actual situation of L District,this paper uses the research results of competency theory at home and abroad,and selects the competency elements of Selected Graduates in L District by the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,so as to build the competency model of Selected Graduates in L District.This paper not only introduces the basic situation of recruitment,transfer and on-the-job of Selected Graduates in L District,but also points out the main problems in the three levels of thought,ability and psychology of the competency of Selected Graduates in L District.This supports us to dig out the causes of the problems in the competence of Selected Graduates in L District,including organizational departments,employers and some external conditions and environment.In the aspect of improving the competency of the Selected Graduates,this paper proposes that the organizational department should improve the selection,training,assessment and other links to improve the depth of competency management.The employers should strengthen the competence of Selected Graduates from three aspects: setting up the correct concept of employing,establishing the system of job rotation and exchange,and strengthen the concern and love for the studentsselected for transfer.It is necessary to set up the idea of lifelong learning,strengthen the ideal and belief,make the development plan,improve the psychological quality and constantly improve the level of their competence. |
