Study On The Optimizing Implementation Of The Assessment Project For Prison A

As the executing organ of penalty in our country,prison undertakes the important responsibility of punishing and remolding criminals.With the development of society,the requirements for management work of the prison are more standardized and rigorous.However,due to the complexity and stubbornness of prisoners’ performance,the remolding work is even more challenging.Some drawbacks of the present assessment and management mechanism have been exposed,such as unscientific assessment indicators,difficulty in encouraging reform,Ineffectiveness of educational reform and single assessment items of labor reform.For the severer law enforcement environment and higher regulatory pressure,it is imperative to make assessment systematic and project,with more perfect assessment methods and more scientific index system.Base on the relevant knowledge of project management,this article had adopt literature analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and interviews,and had been guided by relevant national policies on commutation and parole,prison penalty execution theory,psychological correction and other related theories and methods.In order to mobilize the reform enthusiasm and stability of prisoners,it is proposed to apply project time management,project cost management and project quality management to the assessment work of prisoners by adding secondary assessment indicators,strengthening the execution ability of the police and optimizing the existing assessment indicators.The purpose of regulating and reforming the order,improving the quality of education and reforming,and improving the efficiency of serving prison sentences should be determined.On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,with the author’s actual management work in prison A,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the problems existing in the assessment system and project implementation of prisoners serving in A prison.A new assessment index system is constructed,and the secondary assessment index is added.In addition,the applications of the assessment project in three important aspects,namely,time management,cost management and quality management,are analyzed.The research results put forward some new ideas to improve the current prison personnel assessment system,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for guiding the implementation of prison personnel assessment project.
