Analysis On Prisoners' Vocational Educational Significance, Problems And Strategies

Prisoners'vocational education plays a vital role in prisoners education system .The vocational education to prisoners in jail may be very important . This analysis choose the special weak community object—prisoners, pay close attention to the weak sector of the prisoners'remould—vocational education .There is no doubt that it is modern and practical.The writer works hard in order to make a breakthrough of the old analysis,especially about the lack of system and creativity.It can promote the protection of prisoners'human rights and can do help to the transition from a prisoner to a true social man. ,which adapts itself to the modern world trends of protection of human rights..Through vocational education in prison ,prisoners may become the skilled talents who abidying by the law .The ultimate aim is preventing and reducing the criminal rate and promoting the harmony of society .About problems ,in this thesis ,the writer choose three typical problems .Deviate the need of prisoners ,Show clearly psychological obstacles and be short of high quality teachers. About strategies , in this thesis ,the writer puts forward that we should esteem prisoners'true interest,especially about the choice of major ,and establish the flexible curriculm ;To solve prisoners'psychological obstacles , We should establish incentive mechanism ;We should establish"Police and Double teacher"teaching troops.
