Research On Marx And Engels’s Competition Theory

Competition is the inevitable product of commodity economy and an important feature of the market economy.With the gradual improvement of our socialist market economic system,the role of competition in the economic operation of our country is becoming increasingly prominent.Internationally,with the establishment of the world market economy system and the further progress of global economic integration,the international competition environment is becoming increasingly severe.Facing the complex and changeable situation of international and domestic economic competition,it is urgent to strengthen the research of competition theory.Marx and Engels,taking the free competitive capitalism as the research object,study the competition under the capitalist condition,not only reveal the special law of the capitalist mode of production,but also clarify the general law of the commodity economy of the human society.As early as more than a century ago,Marx and Engels,on the basis of criticizing the successes of predecessors,made a thorough investigation of the competition,formed a scientific understanding of the general law of competition,and laid the foundation of the Marx theory of competition.The basic framework and main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part puts forward the significance of the study and the purpose of the writing,and describes the status of the research at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the research methods and innovation of this paper.In the second part,it analyzes the background conditions and ideological and theoretical basis of Marx Engels’ s competition theory,and briefly introduces the social development situation of its times and his predecessors’ theory of competition.The third part expounds the main contents of Marx and Engels’ s theory of competition.Firstly,the concept of competition is analyzed.Secondly,the conditions of competition and development are studied.Then Marx’s theoretical exposition of different types of competition is analyzed.Finally,the development trend of competition and the double-edged sword function are discussed.The fourth part expounds the inspiration of Marx and Engels’ s competition theory.This paper puts forward a correct understanding of competition under the conditions ofsocialist market economy,and points out that the current economic development conditions are objectively required to play a competitive role,and the main measures to give full play to the competitive role are put forward according to the current situation and problems of our country’s economic development.
