Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Theft Crime In The Subway

The plagiarism case,which directly endanger the travel safety of the masses,is a type of theft case with a high rate of crimes,and it is also the main crime category in urban subways.All people hate it.Now study the present situation and characteristics,cause analysis of subway plagiarism crimes,then explore their countermeasures can have strong practical significance on today's large and medium-sized Chinese cities subway,which is in the high-speed development period.This article has been divided into four chapters.The first is the general speak on the subway plagiarism crime,which introduced the academic dispute of the concept of plagiarism,the definition of the concept of subway plagiarism crime and the case of the plagiarism crime in Guangzhou Metro,to study the crimes of plagiarism in subways and the characteristics of actors through the in-depth data analysis.The second is looking beyond the surface.Based on the analysis of the commonality of subway plagiarism crimes,the reasons for such crimes are studied,and the specificity of such crimes is taken as the starting point to analyze the specific causes,namely,individual,society,specific environment and legal system.The third is summarizing the main measures and effects of Guangzhou public transport police in combating and preventing subway plagiarism crimes,sort out the difficulties in combating.The fourth is exploring the countermeasures against plagiarism against the rapid development of the subway from four ways,they are create a high-quality public transport professional police team;ideas and technological innovation,open up the subway to fight against the second battlefield;improve legislation of the plagiarism crime;strength comprehensive social governance and further promoting joint construction and sharing.It is currently the pioneering period of the fourth industrial revolution and the construction of a new intelligent police service.It is also a key period for comprehensively deepening the reform of public security work and establishing a new mechanism for combating crime.The author takes the Guangzhou subway plagiarism case as an example,analyzing and studying the characteristics,causes and countermeasures,hoping could play a reference role in the practice of public security prevention and control in the rapid development of subways in large and medium-sized cities in China.It is currently the pioneering period of the fourthindustrial revolution and the construction of a new intelligent police service.It is also a key period for comprehensively deepening the reform of public security work and establishing a new mechanism for combating crime.The author takes the Guangzhou subway plagiarism case as an example,analyzing and studying the causes and countermeasures,hoping could play a reference role in the practice of public security prevention and control in the rapid development of subways in large and medium-sized cities in China.
