Study On The Construction Of The Discourse Power Of China’s Network Mainstream Ideology

Ideological security is related to the long-term stability of state power and the people’s correct thinking,morality and values.In the new era,the ideological work has been transferred to the network,and the network has become the main battlefield of the ideological struggle between China and the west.Mastering the discourse power of the mainstream ideology on the network is conducive to improving the ideological control,cleaning up the network noise and purifying the network environment.However,the Internet has created an "unprecedented" opportunity for the construction of the discourse power of mainstream ideology,and also posed some challenges.On the one hand,the Internet broadens the new platform for the construction of the discourse right of mainstream ideology in China,provides new technologies and promotes new ways of discourse.On the other hand,factors such as the complexity and changeability of cyberspace,the characteristics of virtuality and openness weaken the recognition degree of mainstream discourse.Therefore,it is an important task for the party and the country to grasp the new opportunities of the Internet,respond to the new challenges of the Internet,consolidate their own skills,build the right of discourse of the mainstream ideology of the Internet,and continuously enhance the power of the mainstream ideological discourse to spread,guide public opinion,and unite thoughts.In this paper,general secretary xi’s propaganda and ideological work,news and public opinion work,network security and informatization and other conference speeches are followed,based on the network background,around the mainstream ideological discourse right construction.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which deeply expounds the research background,research significance and domestic and foreign research status of the topic of discourse power of network mainstream ideology,comprehensively sorts out the current domestic and foreign research results,and lays a solid foundation for the topic.The second chapter elaborates relevant theories,explains the core concepts of this paper in depth,sorts out the concepts of discourse right,mainstream ideological discourse right and network mainstream ideological discourse right,discusses the function and necessity,and establishes the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter comprehensively grasps the new characteristics,new laws and new changes presented by the network,analyzes the positive and negative effects of the hot and difficult phenomena in the network society,and proposes the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of the discourse right of the network mainstream ideology.The fourth chapter network mainstream ideology discourse construction existence question and the reason analysis,put forward the problems of lagging innovation in discourse content construction,relatively single construction of discourse carrier,weakening construction of ideological work team and lack of guarantee mechanism of discourse position construction,and makes an in-depth exploration of the reasons behind,which is helpful to put forward targeted countermeasures.The fifth chapter analyzes the countermeasures for the construction of the discourse power of China’s network mainstream ideology.Based on the full text,this chapter proposes effective countermeasures from the five aspects of constructing the principle of the discourse power of network mainstream ideology,improving the subject’s ability,innovating the content of discourse,changing the mode of discourse,and purifying the discourse position.
