Fire departments as the mainstay of the national emergency rescue and the national team,the fire department and other departments involved in the rescue and the relevant departments cooperate with the emergency linkage is the important way to realize the relief of disaster prevention and reduction,is also a former sound when preventing rescue emergency linkage high hopes,how to improve the fire rescue ability of emergency linkage is this article core and fundamental research.In dealing with all kinds of disasters and accidents,in addition to aid the fire department,also need to public security organs,such as medical treatment,traffic,health,environmental protection department or organization actively cooperate with,at the same time also need the strong support of the folk organizations and individuals,as a result,a devastating disasters occur,only with the control,coordination of the government is not enough,the other between various rescue units or departments of communication is not smooth,the reason such as the lack of organization and coordination,seriously affect the development degree and the consequences of disasters and accidents.Why are there so many problems in the actual implementation of fire rescue emergency rescue linkage? Based on emergency management of public security fire control forces after the reform and development to the fire department emergency rescue for whole the research object and click on the kunming city fire department emergency rescue do case analysis for typical sample,using the cooperative governance theory,theory of seamless government,the government crisis management analysis of the problems existing in the fire rescue emergency linkage,using comparative analysis,literature review,case analysis,the method of consulting,select the typical case study,found that: Due to such reasons as unreasonable emergency linkage,isolated island formation of information,difficulty in standardization of emergency linkage,inadequate promotion of fire safety knowledge,and difficulty in retaining talents in emergency linkage,they work together with fire protection and relevant departments,resulting in defects in emergency linkage.This paper puts forward some strategies to improve the operation of fire rescue and emergency response from the aspects of perfecting the emergency response linkage mechanism of fire department,making full use of Internet technology,making good preparation for prevention,strengthening fire protection knowledge publicity and training,and establishing the personnel training management mechanism.
