Study On Rural Governance Issues In The Context Of Disembedding

The issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" concerns the process of China's modernization.Rural governance concerns the stability of grass-roots society and the overall development of rural society,and then affects the stability and overall development of our society.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the rapid modernization process,the transportation is becoming more convenient,communication technology is becoming more convenient,and the role of the household registration system is weakening.More and more rural residents are divorced from the original rural society,and new social network is established in the new field.The higher the attention of villagers to the outside society,the less the input to the original rural community will be correspondingly,which aggravates the status quo of rural residents' disembedding.With the gradual deepening of rural demarcation,many elite forces,such as talented people and young people,have been separated from the rural living environment,and the trend of rural residents' migration to the city has become more and more obvious.Rural elite is the main body of rural governance.The dislocation of rural elite leads to the absence of governance subject,the gradual disintegration of rural governance leadership,the lack of rural governance motivation and the restraint of the process of rural governance.From the perspective of rural disembedding,this paper explores the problem of rural governance from the perspective of rural disembedding,with a view to alleviating the phenomenon of rural social disembedding and optimizing rural governance.Firstly,the relevant literature and conceptual theory are sorted out,and then the current situation of rural disembedding in China is discussed.At the same time,X Town of Haiyang City is selected as a sample to investigate the current situation of rural disembedding.The main problems are the low participation of villagers in rural society,the limitations of the work of neighborhood committees,and the disconnection of villagers' social network from rural areas.It also analyses the problems in rural governance under the background of disembedding,such as the lack of autonomous subjects,the delimitation of local talents,the serious hollowing of rural areas,the intensification of rural social differentiation,and the decline of villagers' cohesion.Based on this,we can draw the appropriate path to promote the diversified development of governance subjects,innovate rural social governance system,and formulate market-led governance mode,so as to respond to the challenges of the times and provide theoretical support for rural governance in China.
