The social organization has gradually the important power of China's modernization construction and the important social governance subject,the Community Self-organization is a important type of social organization,its cultivation and the development condition is one of the important indexes to measure the community autonomy and the self-service ability.After community housing reform,new population inflow,acquaintance culture gradually dispelled,neighborhood relations,residents' participation,community trust,community identity and sense of belonging and other aspects of obvious underdevelopment,as a resident living community of the essential attributes,The community have not been realized,community social capital in a missing state.Based on the practice during the internship in M community,The author observes and deeply participates in the cultivation process of his community residents ' self-organization,Takes the "letter and Hyatt" as the research object,Puts forward the path idea of community social capital construction from the cultivation and development of community self-organization,Studies the process of self-organization and development of the community residents,mode,How to cultivate and the role of the "San She Lian Dong",the difficulties encountered and the cultivation results.Using the theory of social capital as the theoretical basis,This paper analyzes how to mobilize residents 'participation in the process of cultivation,improve the neighborhood relationship,build and strengthen the communication and trust platform among the residents,enhance the community identity,and promote the construction and expansion of the residents ' social network.At the same time,The author uses the qualitative research method to obtain the research data,and tries to combine his own log,Zhou Ji,community activity planning and so on during the internship,To analyze the trust,identity and resource network and other community social capital construction formed in the cultivation and development of "Yue Group".This paper analyzes and discusses the predicament of community self-organization at present,and draws conclusions accordingly,so as to increase the experience of self-organization cultivation of community residents and promote the cultivation and development of community self-organization.
