School violence problem is becoming more and more serious in our country in recent years,students' safety face great challenge.But the prevention measures have been taken in our country,such as of November 1,2016 the ministry of education of nine departments jointly issued “on the prevention and treatment of primary and middle school students the guidance of bullying and violence”,put forward the concrete countermeasures of preventing school violence,but on the other hand,the inverter crime in the campus violence in our country the victim is on the rise.On April 27,2018,vicious killing Mizhi county,Yulin city of Shanxi province from 21 students were injured,including nine students died,afterwards captured criminal Zhao Zewei,further investigation of the crime motive,found that Zhao Zewei is due to the junior high school study in Mizhi county the third middle school is a campus violence and psychological shadow has not been able to eradicate,and lead to its later in life always harbored resentment,finally chose to such extreme measures to vent hatred in heart.This criminal caused the attention of the society of school violence victim,but the study on the victim's interest is few,the campus violence,the victim of the evil inverter study is less.So the paper analyzed school violence victims evil inverter,the cause of school violence and combining the reality of the victim status and recipients,campus violence victims evil inverter crime prevention measures are put forward,in order to prevent such tragedy on campus.From the perspective of the victims of campus violence,this paper analyzes the reasons for the adverse transformation of the victims of campus violence into crimes,and then puts forward targeted preventive measures.This paper mainly includes the following four chapters:Chapter one: The concept of school violence is analyzed.First,the concept of campus violence.The academic community generally defines campus violence as physical violence,verbal violence,psychological violence and other aggressive behaviors carried out by students,off-campus personnel and staff against students and staff within the reasonable radiation range of campus.The second is to define the concept of the victims of campus violence,which makes it clear that the victims discussed in this paper are limited to the students.The third is to define the concept of the adverse change of the victims of campus violence,that is,the transformation of the victims of campus violence to the perpetrators.Chapter two: Analyzes the types and characteristics of the victims of campus violence.The crimes of campus violence victims can be divided into three types: over defending type,revenge type and identity type.The victims of school violence have the following four characteristics: the particularity of the subject,the premeditation of the behavior,the cruelty of the means and the absolution of the culpability.Chapter three: Analysis of the reasons for the victims of campus violence turning from evil to crime.The author thinks that the victim's evil contravariant inducement causes and the personality reason these two aspects interaction causes.Inducement causes can be further divided into direct inducement and indirect inducement.Direct inducement refers to that the individual is a harmful factor,that is,the physical and psychological trauma brought by school violence to the victim,which is the most basic reason for the victim to turn from evil to crime.Indirect cause refers to the meaning is the interaction between the victim and the external environment,after school violence,the outside world has enormous influence on the attitude to the victim's state of mind,family,school,society and at the same time,the law failed to lend a helping hand to its,can enhance the injustice of the victim inside,produce more intense vengeful.The personality factor of the victim refers to the physical and mental development contradictions peculiar to minors and the erosion of the victim's values caused by school violence,which further makes the victim form the psychology of accepting and pursuing the adverse change of evil.Chapter four: The analysis of the preventive measures for the victims of campus violence.The author puts forward the following two preventive measures: on the one hand,to reduce the inducing factors,to prevent and stop school violence;on the other hand,to prevent the occurrence of school violence through parents' education of children,school's moral and legal education of students,the promotion of correct social values,and the legal accountability of school violence.School violence prevention,on the other hand,the victim have the idea of evil inverter,first of all,to the timely processing of school violence,strengthen the parents,the school's emphasis on school violence,timely intervention and take emergency measures will damage to a minimum,in order to reduce the victim suffered damage in the process,the second point,focus on the murder of psychological aid,establish and perfect the school and the social public welfare mechanism of psychological counseling,can create the victim recover mental environment.
