The Research On The Prevention Of Campus Violence

In recent years,school bullying as the representative of the campus violence continuously appears in the network,the influence is constantly exposed and enlarged.The study of campus violence in our country is mostly from the perspective of the offender,and the campus violence prevention and control system constructed by the state and the academic community also focuses on the crime prevention,while the prevention system based on the perspective of potential victims or victims is rare.Distinct from other types of violent crime,campus violence has many characteristics such as happened between acquaintances,the state of the victims accounted for a large proportion and the majority does not constitute a crime.The occurrence of campus violence is the result of family,social and other factors,but the prevention from family education,social management and other aspects is slow,lack of focus,and can't be carried out in depth.The "label effect" of the crime prevention also gradually highlights the dilemma of the crime prevention.The continuous exposure of the campus violence in recent years has also declared the failure of the traditional prevention and control measures.Therefore,this article to the victim as the starting point of the violence on the campus,analyzing the phenomenon of the victims and the factors,to reduce the victimization and the susceptible situation,to avoid the victim "evil inverter" and other three aspects to reduce the rate of being offended.The first part of the article analyzes the theoretical basis of campus violence prevention.Firstly,campus violence is defined from the perspective of elements.Then,the theory of victimization in victim science is introduced.At the same time,the victims of campus violence are divided into opportunistic victims and state victims.For the two focuses in the prevention,putting forward to reduce the victimization,to reduce the vulnerable scene,to avoid "evil inverter" and other three victims of the path of prevention,this idea also runs through the beginning and end of the article.But also the basis of campus violence prevention system design.The second part of the article is analyzing by cases on the campus violence and the factors of the victims.The 80 samples from 2014 to February 2017 online media reports on the campus violence selected as the object of study,at the same time with the Supreme People's Court,the Supreme People's Procuratorate and other authoritative departments published in the campus violence research report Data are compared.This paper analyzes the general characteristics of campus violence in recent years,and analyzes the biological characteristics of campus violence,such as space-time,victim sex and age.At the same time,according to the foundation of the constituent parts of the victim,the victim's own inducement and acceptance factors,the family environment to create the susceptibility of the victims,the social environment for the lack of means of disposal and other three aspects.Through the analysis of the above elements,the author depicts the status of the phenomenon of the campus violence and the factors of the different victims,and puts forward the key points and difficulties in the construction of the system of violence prevention.The third part of the article is based on the results of the above analysis combined with the specific prevention and control measures of Ministry of Education and other nine departments in the "prevention and treatment of primary and secondary school students bullying and violence guidance",to reduce the victimization and the vulnerability scene,to avoid "evil inversion" as the guide,from the three stages of the proposed violence victims based on the campus violence prevention measures.
