Study On The Incentives And Countermeasures Of Volunteer Service For Party Members In Dalian

Volunteer service for serving party members is an important way to maintain the advanced nature of party members and keep close relations between the party and the masses in the new era.At present,the in-service party member volunteer service practice activities are being carried out in full swing nationwide,and remarkable achievements have been made.At the same time,we must see that although the current incumbent party members to participate in voluntary service has made great progress;However,generally speaking,it is still in the initial stage,and some common problems need to be solved,among which the incentive of serving party members' voluntary service is an important part.Based on this,this paper takes the issue of serving party members' voluntary service incentive in Dalian as the research object,and comprehensively USES literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods to deeply understand and grasp the basic situation of serving party members' voluntary service incentive in Dalian.On the basis of empirical study on Dalian city on-the-job party member volunteer incentive incentive mechanism existing in the lack of systematic,incentive effect is not obvious,volunteer service content is difficult to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of working members and lower working party on the incentive mechanism of satisfaction of the four major problems in steak comb and its cause are analyzed in theory.Finally,this article found problems in the empirical study as the guidance,combining the theory of human nature assumption,double factors incentive theory and the theory of altruism,from the macro environment such as the implementation of the regulations,to provide policy guarantee level,foster volunteer service team,to provide organizational guarantee medium organization level and strengthen the material guarantee of the working party member volunteer individual level three angles,definitely put forward to optimize working party members in Dalian volunteer incentive mechanism countermeasures.
