The Cantonese Associations in Canada is one of the most influential Chinese Chinese communities,and has always been the backbone to maintain the stability of Canadian overseas Chinese society.After World War II,the organizational form of Cantonese Associations in Canada and the main functions of the associations changed:their organizational form was mainly influenced by the changes in the situation of Chinese immigrants after the war,especially the emergence of a large number of female members in the association.There are also many outstanding female faces.There are even members of other ethnic groups within the associations.With the change of the international environment and the improvement of the domestic living environment,Cantonese Associations in Canada play a political role in guiding the Chinese to take root in Canada.Encourage Chinese to participate in politics to protect the political rights and interests of Chinese.In recent years,although the decline of Chinese-language schools founded by Cantonese Associations in Canada,the association has played a role in inheriting and spreading Chinese excellent culture overseas in the context of China's promotion of Chinese culture to the world.China and Canada share many of the same interests in the contemporary era.At present,Cantonese Associations in Canada exert their advantages of taking root in Canada for a long time and being familiar with the political and popular feelings of the two countries,and make due contributions to promoting the development of the relations between the two countries.
