The Research On Countermeasures About Illegal Construction Of Baiyun District In Guangzhou

Baiyun District of Guangzhou City has been plagued by illegal construction in recent years.Although successive municipal and district governments have made cracking down on illegal construction as the focus of their work,and introduced various measures to curb illegal construction,by 2017,the trend of frequent illegal construction has not been effectively curbed.The number of illegal construction has increased year by year,which has become a bottleneck in urban development,occupying public resources and becoming a society.Black spots in management.Focusing on the unsatisfactory effect of illegal construction in Baiyun District,the author studies the problems of inspection omission,poor stop-control effect and dismantling in Baiyun District by consulting relevant data,typical cases and policy measures of illegal construction in Baiyun District and Guangzhou City in recent years,interviewing staff and illegal builders.In addition to the problems and difficulties such as large resistance,large amount of illegal construction in stock and so on,the author believes that in the process of controlling illegal construction,Baiyun is caused by the following problems:the main body of work does not perform its duties strictly,the defects of the policy itself,the unreasonable working mechanism,the low degree of cooperation among the working objects and the unsatisfactory environment for policy implementation.The control effect of illegal construction in the district is not obvious.It is proposed to improve the effectiveness of illegal construction by improving the working level of staff,improving the working mechanism of illegal construction,improving the working environment of illegal construction,and combing with urban development to comprehensively control illegal construction.
