Research On The Reduction In Corrupt Practice Of Rural Public Officials From The Perspective Of Human Relationship

As the lowest level of national public officials in the government system,rural public officials are directly responsible for implementing the country’s various policies and subsidies for benefiting the people,and are directly facing the civilians.Rural public officials are different from other public officials.They have strong geomorphic and bloodline nature.They work in one place for a long time and have strong influence in the local area.The rural area is also a very special place,as in contemporary Chinese society,the rural area has the strongest social relations.For thousands of years,Chinese peasants have inherited the fine traditions of the Chinese nation,and rooted in a profound human culture,especially the way in which rural public officials interact and the rules of used in their interactions.Considering the rural public officials have the dual attributes of been rural and public officials at the same time.It is of great practical significance to study the corruption behavior of rural public officials from the perspective of human relations.With the development of the market economy,material interests and human relationships have begun to be mixed in the rural s ocial organizations of China,which has led to the evolution and derivation of the human relation concept in modern Chinese rural areas.Based on the above facts,this paper defines the scope of rural public officials and analyzes aspects such as improvin g the administrative efficiency,increasing the burden on the masses,and affecting the credibility of the government.Through the analysis of the corruption status of rural public officials,the conclusion of the reasons for the corruption behavior of rur al public officials are those the traditional concept and the modern governance system,the conflict of process and the interests of rural public officials 。 Its characteristics are as follows: First,the corruption is generally low level,and the amount inv olved is small;second,corruption is concealed and involves a wide range;third,collective corruption is frequent and easy to happen;fourth,the boundary of corrupt behavior is ambiguous.The main reasons for the corrupt behavior of rural public officia ls is the conflict of processes between traditional concepts and modern governance systems and processe s;the benefit driven and long-standing lack of attention to the corruption of rural public officials.Through the analysis of the intrinsic relationship between human relationship and the corrupt behavior of rural public officials,this paper attempts to propose countermeasures and suggestions on how to suppress the negative impact of human feelings and reduce the corruption behavior s of rural public officials.First,increase the propaganda of the anti-corruption struggle from the big view,effectively transfer the pressure of high-pressure anti-corruption to the grassroots level,strengthen the shock of not dare to corrupt,and at the same time strengthen targeted education,so that the low-level public officials pay attention to the concept of human nature.It may lead to conflicts of interest and violations of discipline s;second,it is to prevent the negative factors in the rural people’s human relations;the third is to build a system that cannot be corrupted,so that the influence of human relations will be difficult to break through the fence of the system.
