| Being a social group with public power, officials (cadres) are the carries of corrupt personality. As a social phenomenon, corruption tremendously threatens a nation's political stability, economic development and social harmonization, if severer, even will destroy a political party or whole nation. Therefore all governments in the international community value the research and study on corruption and anti-corruption. They do their every effort to prevent and withstand their country from the occurrence and spread of corruption. Facing this circumstance, experts, from very academic field in China, make use of the research methods and achievement of sociology, economics, politics, criminological, psychology to analyze corruption, putting forward various theories and policy suggestions according to their own knowledge. However, with some exiting weakness and misunderstanding, the research have the deeper and more scientific way to go. Combining cadres'ideological and political education in transforming society with the theory of personality psychology transform, the thesis keeps eyes on the dual personality of corrupt official to analyze the inner psychological mechanism in a multidisciplinary approach.Commencing from the characteristic of the change of corrupt officials'psychology, this thesis classify these characteristic and see through the phenomenon of dual personality existing in corrupt officials, thereafter utilizing the theory of psychological personality to analyze reasons to the phenomenon, putting forward measure to prevent, adjust and rectify the corrupt dual personality. According to this thesis, individual has dual personalities itself, divided into the healthy or the unhealthy. The dual personality of corrupt officials is caused by the inside conflict of their own personality, negative influence of social macro environment and the disorder of their recognition of the several social role under the social micro environment. The corrupt dual personality of carders intensifies the corrupt psychology, which will aggravate corrupting and damage to the society. In order to prevent cadres from forming this personality, we have to strengthen the political psychological education in officials'(carders') ideological and political education, making them set up righteous view of world, value and philosophy of life. At meantime, negative social environment, which lures out the corrupt dual personality from people's nature, must be uprooted, including system, culture environment, and so on, and combining education with the instruction of system and supervision. Only so, we can effectively guard, adjust and correct the carders'corrupt dual personality, consolidating the achievement of anti-corruption fundamentally. |
