Research On Deng Xiaoping's Anti-bureaucracy Thought

Our party has always attached importance to the prevention and control of bureaucracy,which is a chronic disease.Deng Xiaoping's anti-bureaucratic thinking is the inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought.Comrade Deng Xiaoping addressed issues such as a highly centralized management system,lagging in the construction of the rule of law,excessive power of major leading cadres,and lack of a normal elimination mechanism.He proposed that only through the reform of the political system in terms of improving party leadership,reforming the leadership system,and streamlining institutions can effective prevention and control of bureaucracy be achieved.This article takes Deng Xiaoping's thought as the research starting point,and combs and studies the formation process,manifestation and harm causes,countermeasures and value enlightenmentof Deng Xiaoping's anti-bureaucracy thought.The text of this article is composed of three parts,The first part mainly discusses the historical background and forming process of the thought.The second part mainly discusses the main content of the thought.The third part mainly discusses the historical inspiration of the thought.Deng Xiaoping's anti-bureaucratic thinking has deep content and distinctive characteristics of the times.It is an important theoretical support for the construction of the party's governing capacity and purity in the new era,and it is also a useful exploration of China's governance capacity and governance system modernization.
