| Village cadres are the backbone of rural governance.Under the background of rural revitalization,this group at the end of the grassroots has received unprecedented attention.In recent years,"village withdrawal and expansion","village cadre professionalization","one shoulder pick",etc.The topic has also been widely discussed.At the same time,village cadres,especially chief cadres,have frequently left their jobs,reflecting the low satisfaction of the village chief cadres with their careers,and even the appearance of burnout.Therefore,it is necessary to study in advance the factors that affect the job burnout of village leaders.Based on the existing literature research,this study researched the job burnout of village chief cadres in Nanyu Town,Wenzhou City,using 59 village chief cadres and 10 non-main cadres in the town as research objects,through questionnaire surveys and personal In the form of interviews,first-hand information was obtained,and the survey data was analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software.After analysis,the overall mean value of overall job burnout of the main cadres of the village was 2.16,and the overall level of job burnout was moderate burnout.Through a comparative analysis with non-primary cadres,non-primary cadres have a low sense of burnout,and the two show a large difference.Based on this,according to the two-factor theory and the three-dimensional theory of occupational burnout,the analysis of the factors affecting occupational burnout has three main aspects:1.Individual level,especially individual ability and quality;2.Organization level includes village scale,village collective economic income,assessment and evaluation system,organizational culture;3.Social level includes social support and population structure.In view of the above reasons,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to resolve the job burnout of village cadres: 1.Strengthen the improvement of individual quality,including the level of rural work ability,and establish a positive and reasonable value orientation;2.Strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations,including improving the style of work at the grass-roots level,improving the management mechanism of village chief cadres,scientific promotion secretary,director "Challenge",strengthen incentives and guarantees The government organization level must effectively reduce the burden on the grassroots level,improve the management mechanism of village cadres,and strengthen the incentives and guarantees of village cadres;3.To optimize the social environment,including providing a fair and objective social environment,building support and recognition Social network. |
