Exploration On The Way To Integrate Party Construction And Social Work

Social work of Party building is a new field of social work in mainland China.In recent years,many party construction and social work projects in Shenzhen,Guangzhou and other places in China have been of great help in strengthening the party mass ties and playing a pioneering role of Party members.It not only accumulates new experience in the field of Party building for the practice of professional social work,but also provides new ideas for the training of social work professionals and the innovation of working methods in China.Taking P community in Pingshan District of Shenzhen as an example,this paper describes the scope and content of social work of Party construction,and points out the difficulties and problems in the integration of social work and Party construction.It is found that the community party mass service center under the overall management of the Organization Department has distinct characteristics of leading the party construction,and its important work is to introduce social work to strengthen the party construction.Therefore,in the process of integrating social work into Party construction,there are many problems.For example,the responsibility of the community party and mass service center in undertaking the party construction work is unclear,the division of labor of social workers in assisting the party construction work is unclear,the efficiency of social work in helping the party construction work is not high,and the effect of social work integrating into the Party Construction work is not good.This paper finds that the main reasons for the above problems are the inequality of rights between social organizations and Party organizations,the difference of working methods between social work and Party construction,and the difference of service methods between them.This paper focuses on how to combine the social work with the party construction work of the community party and mass service center,which is different from the study of social work involving in other social issues.Secondly,Pingshan District of Shenzhen is the first to purchase and manage the community party and mass service center under the Organizational Department of Pingshan District,which determines the different social work of the party and mass service center.Through the study of the current situation of the operation of the party and mass service center inPingshan District,this paper finds out the problems in the process of the integration of the two,and investigates the reasons.Through the successful experience of P community,the possible path of integration is explored.This paper takes p community in Pingshan as an example,based on the reality of the community,to study the path of the integration of Party building and social work is a feature in itself.
