Practical Research On Social Work Involving In Building Party Construction

With the development of social economy and the improvement of urbanization level,a number of commercial buildings have sprung up in the center of the city.There are a large number of new organizations in the buildings.The economic development of commercial buildings is rapid.The traditional urban grass-roots party construction and community governance work are facing new challenges.Under the guidance of the unified leadership of the party organizations at higher levels and the local communities,through the introduction of social organizations and social workers to set up party and mass service centers in the buildings of the business district,and with the concept and methods of social work to strengthen the construction of the party organizations at the grass-roots level and the governance of the building communities,the integration of the Party Construction in the traditional community and the Party Construction in the emerging fields has been promoted.At the same time,it has also innovated new forms of social governance and service of business district buildings,strengthened the level of social governance of urban communities,and promoted the localization development of social work.These explorations have important theoretical and practical significance in the field of Party construction and social work.This paper takes D Street building party and mass service center ofChangsha City as the research object,adopts the methods of interview,participation observation and literature research to carry out field investigation and needs analysis on the building party construction of the street party and mass service center,summarizes the working methods of social work involved in building party construction in four stages,such as groups and communities,summarizes the achievements and impacts,and then points out the shortcomings of social work in building party construction.In the end,the paper puts forward some constructive thinking of further strengthening the integration of social work and building party construction in the new era.It is found that the social work involved in building party construction can not only innovate the work form of grass-roots party building in the new era,but also enhance the community consciousness and the enthusiasm of multi-agent participation,promote the economic and social development of buildings and cities,improve the modern social governance system,promote the development of grass-roots social governance ability and level,and demonstrate the vitality and broad prospects of social work in the new era.
