The development of modern science and technology has become more closely linked with human beings,and the process of global integration is gradually accelerating.In the face of new opportunities and challenges,in addition to the reform of macro-economic policies,profit models and systems,whether employees in enterprises can face the changes of new working methods and working methods with a positive attitude,balance the relationship between work and family life,affect everyone healthy life,improve work efficiency,healthy development of enterprises,and social harmony And stability.The new era has given new functions to trade unions.As a link between managers and workers.In many meetings,General Secretary pointed that people is the fundamental characteristic of trade union organizations.Trade unions should strengthen the courage of self innovation,adhere to the principle of eyes to the grass-roots level,and consciously use the spirit of reform to plan trade union work.However,although the existing state-owned enterprise labor union has rich resources,it can not provide services that can meet the immediate needs of employees.It still provides the same content to the public in a one size fits all manner.The effect of service is not accurate and effective.The work of labor union needs new methods and ideas to reform.In this context,this paper sorts out the status of state-owned enterprises,the advantages and disadvantages of trade union work,and puts forward the feasibility analysis of social work in enterprise C in view of the advantages and disadvantages of trade union work.And the union work and enterprise social work will be organically combined to break the original working mode and launch a new working mode of experience work;that is,the union staff will leave the original working post and go deep into each department for deep interaction and exchange to understand the most real feelings and needs of the staff who could not be known before.During this period,we will make effective use of online advantages,further explore employees ideas and difficulties,provide effective help and support,and operate online and offline dual mechanisms.At the same time,group activities integrated into social work enable union employees to learn and contact professional scientific theories and methods,and form a new work system.This kind of work mode will help labor union work,improve the ability of employees,enhance the work efficiency of enterprises,and promote the healthy development of enterprises with high quality.
