The Working Mode Exploring Of Social Work’s Intervention In Compulsory Isolation Detoxification

With the drug law of the people’s Republic of China promulgated in2008,compulsory detoxification and rehabilitation through labor integrated into a new term as compulsory isolation detoxification, which opened the country to work in compulsory detoxification reform curtain.Also the forced isolation treatment in work has brought more challenges.Not only is the staff of compulsory detoxification institute actively to explore new working mode, other related fields are also discussing hotly and focus on the research of compulsory detoxification reforming. Social work is a relatively new field. Although in the compulsory isolation detoxification institute has not yet been introduced professional social workers, but social workers have accumulated a lot of work experience in the community rehabilitation pattern and good results which have also been recognized universally. In addition, the forced isolation treatment part work also applied to some methods of social workers. This paper makes an attempt to combine social work and compulsory isolation detoxification work.The author in the case of Jiangsu Province Women’s compulsory isolation detoxification Institute, through interviewing the part of staff agencies about work content, work method, work method as well as to20drug addicts about drug experience, formed a set of social work development mode in the forced isolation treatment of the work, which hope to provide reference value for the specific development of compulsory isolation detoxification work.In the author’s compulsory isolation detoxification work mode, the detoxification process is divided into the early, middle and late into stage. Each stage has a different focus. The main task of the early stage is to establish a professional relationship with drug addicts, to help them adapt to the new environment and help clients understand themselves, lay the foundation for the future to better achieve successful drug target; in the middle is the specific drug causes services, including cognitive behavior correction, bad living habits and style, the self psychological adjustment and coping skills training in four aspects; the latter is preparing for the return to society, but also do a work hardening effect, focus on social skills training, social support system and establish, life planning and strengthening effects etc.. In the whole service process,use professional social work method,icluding case work,group work,family therapy,so as to ensure drug effect.
