Marx found the key to human society in the history of labor development.In the new era,the Chinese people are united in their work and struggle to realize the China dream.As the most basic practical activity of human beings,labor can not only create material information required for human basic life,but also create a rich and colorful life.Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which is the source of determination for our party and people with China’s self-confidence and the foundation of the guidance to China’s path.The guiding ideology plays an important role in uniting the people of our country to create a better life together in the new era.Labor creates a better life,and labor holds up the China dream.The research on Xi Jinping’s views of labor is a necessary research to understand Xi’s thought from the most basic and essential point of view,and it is also an important guidance to achieve the great practice of "two hundred-year goals".This paper uses the literature research method,inductive summary method,and systematic analysis method to start from the perspective of "view",that is,the starting point is the research perspective,which from the formation process of Xi Jinping’s views of labor,the main views,the basic characteristics,the practice path and the era value of the view,analyze Xi Jinping’s views of labor as a whole.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical origins of Xi Jinping ’s views of labor from the perspectives of Marx ’s labor view,the labor thoughts contained in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and the labor ideas of the generations of collective leadership of China communist party.Then to analyse formation of the Xi Jinping’s views of labor,including The brewing and formation in youth,the development and deepening in the initial stage of politics,and the maturity and innovation since working in central politics,and in the process of elaborating these three stages of development,it analyzed the actual conditions and content of the three stages of development.The third chapter analyzes the main content of Xi Jinping’s views of labor.First,it expounds the views of labor goal from the three basic connotations of the China Dream,then analyzes the views of labor values from the three perspectives of value identification,value requirements,and value construction.Then explain the views of labordevelopment from three development directions to “good life”,and finally return to the principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics including the Communist Party of China,the working class,the labor model,the working people to emphasize the principle of labor.Simply put,the profound connotation of his labor views is interpreted from Xi Jinping’s views on the goals,values,development,and principles of labor.The fourth chapter summarizes the four basic characteristics of Xi Jinping’s views of labor from the perspective of Marx’s labor concept,the distinctive characteristics of the times,the rich dialectical thinking,the firm people’s original intention,and the unique open vision.Then to illustrate the practical approach from three ways: the process of cultivate high-quality labor force by encouraging education and teaching,the process of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers during the labor process,and final process of implementing the sharing of labor achievements.The fifth chapter expounds the era value of Xi Jinping’s views of labor,including theoretical value and practical value.In terms of theoretical value,Xi Jinping’s views of labor is an inheritance and development of Marx’s labor views and an important part of Xi’s important thought.In terms of practical value,it has guaranteed the political nature of the Communist Party of China and arouses the enthusiasm of the people to work and create.Xi Jinping ’s views of labor is a fundamental part of Xi ’s thought,and its content is not static.It is constantly improved on the China great journey.Xi ’s views of labor is constantly improving,by which our party unites and leads our Chinese to work hard,work honest,and work creatively to realize the China dream.The new perspectives and new insights,which always work well in the process of labor,are valuable whether now or in the future.
