The Construction And Empirical Study Of The Evaluation Index System Of People’s Good Life In The New Era

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a new thesis that "the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development",and made it clear that the party’s goal is to realize the people’s needs for a better life.After that,a better life gradually became the ultimate aspiration and pursuit of life for the people of the new era.The good life in the new era has profound theoretical,practical,and subjective foundations,and has a rich content system that includes multiple dimensions such as economy,politics,culture,society,and ecology.It is precisely because the interpretation of "good life" is so broad and complex that attention should be paid to the overall layout of "Five in One" in the exploration of good life.Comprehensively enhancing the "Three Senses of People’s Livelihood" is a fundamental driving force for continuously deepening reform,promoting sustainable economic and social development in China,and achieving a stronger country,a fairer society,and a happier people.Most importantly,effectively improving people’s sense of gain,happiness,and security is also a comprehensive improvement based on the premise of sustainable social development and improvement,which involves both vertical dimension comparison and horizontal extension.Further deepening the overall layout of the "Five in One" has become the key to strengthening the people’s sense of gain,happiness,and security in the new era,thereby comprehensively promoting the development and improvement of the people’s good life in the new era.Therefore,this study aims to clarify the specific connotation and characteristics of the good life of the people in the new era,and then construct a scientific,feasible,and reasonable evaluation index system,which is mainly divided into objective indicators and subjective indicators.The objective indicators include five aspects of economic,political,social,cultural,and ecological civilization.The subjective indicators mainly focus on the sense of gain,happiness,and security,and combine subjective and objective indicator scores to conduct correlation analysis to quantify the status of the good life of the people in the new era.The evaluation tool is fully used to deeply analyze the situation and influencing factors of the good life in the new era,Finally,based on the summary and analysis of the people’s good life in the new era,the difficulties and challenges of the people’s good life in the new era are proposed,namely,the development of economic life needs to be balanced,the construction of political life needs to be improved,the supply of cultural life needs to be enriched,the development of social life needs to be fair,and the protection of ecological life needs to be strengthened.Finally,based on the corresponding results,we propose feasible countermeasures to improve a better life,namely,high-quality economic development,enhancing the "Three Senses of People’s Livelihood",building a better economic life,comprehensively building politics,strengthening the "Three Senses of People’s Livelihood",building a better political life,flourishing culture in multiple forms,enriching the "Three Senses of People’s Livelihood",building a better cultural life,improving people’s livelihood through multiple channels,enriching the "Three Senses of People’s Livelihood",building a better social life Take multiple measures to promote green development,improve the "three senses of people’s livelihood",build a beautiful ecological life,and provide constructive solutions for realizing the aspirations of the people for a better life in the new era.
