With the development of Internet, the cost of individual donation has been cut down sharply, therefore, social organizations are putting more attention to it.Adopted at the 4th Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress,Charity Law of the People's Republic of China makes clear rules for long-history civil practice. For example,an organization without the qualification for fundraising from the public may,for charitable purposes, cooperate with a charitable organization qualified. However,in practice, many qualified organizations take a series of strategies in order to protect their own interests, which influence their partners. This dissertation focuses on the inter-social organization cooperation in Internet charity fundraising from the public.Enlightened by structural hole theory, this dissertation is a single case study of Z and its partners.Through archives, interviews and participatory observation,it's found that there are bunch of holes, due to the lack of direct contact,in the network of Internet charity fundraising from the Public.Organizations with the qualification take advantages from the holes, like Z,and form a series of structural hole strategies. These strategies are affected by co-operational scenes and make differences to partners' fundraising.Meanwhile, both two types of social organizations make adaptions during cooperation.Under the regulation of Charity Law,this dissertation tries to sort up inter-social organization cooperation in Internet Charity Fundraising from the Public, further on,forms a module, which is a closed loop attaching importance to the weak ones. This exploratory module is a new structure with sector and current times features.
