Research On The Action Strategy Of Network Fundraising Practice Of Non-profit Organizations

As the third sector of society,non-profit organizations's service areas cover all aspects of society,including education funding,disaster relief,environmental protection,religious activities,medical care,etc.They play an irreplaceable role in society.Non-profit organizations don't have the government mandatory administrative power to govern resources and can't maximize profits in accordance with the market-oriented mode of operation either.So,how can non-profit organizations mobilize social forces to obtain operational resources?It requires citizens' charity and volunteerism as driving forces.Charity donations is a social activity and resource base for the development of public welfare.Fundraising is an important task for non-profit organizations.The public participation in public welfare is a way for individuals to express their love.This kind of charity and volunteerism are connected worldwide.The development of the Internet has facilitated nonprofit public fundraising.Besides,Internet public welfare has gradually become public welfare for all.With a variety of electronic devices,the public can easily access public welfare project information and diversified participation methods also provide public donation possibilities,which providing extensive public service advocacy.With the development of Internet public interest,more and more non-profit organizations have raised public welfare projects through different fundraising platforms to raise funds.Facing numerous public welfare projects,the public should make their own donation choices.Different non-profit organizations' charity has different ideas and provides different types of services.And they also have differences in the types of public welfare projects.If non-profit organizations want to survive in the environment for fundraising,they must have certain social values.This value is also the reason for their fundraising.Public Internet fundraising is an opportunity for organizations and donors to cooperate and win together.Non-profit organizations need to have a certain strategy when they raise funds from the public through the Internet platform..This strategy includes understanding and mastering the basic knowledge of network fundraising and it also includes some action skills.This article will focus on the issue of nonprofit organizations ' fundraising and explore how nonprofit organizations can use Internet resources to access social resources for public welfare projects better and achieve good social advocacy.The research will take the "e-wan Action" project of the Amity Foundation as a case study object.This project,as a foundation brand public project,has relatively mature experience in network fundraising.The research uses qualitative research methods and uses semi-structured interviews to collect data.Based on a review of the literature,the research introduces the non-profit organization's network fundraising actions to understand the development of non-profit organization fundraising concepts,the social exchange principle and performance of fundraising,and elaborate the action content of non-profit organization's network fundraising,including moral principles,operational elements,and practical methods.Summarize the main features of non-profit organization network fundraising.Later,the article takes concrete projects as examples to introduce the fundraising mechanism of the project,the specific operation process and supervision methods of the project,and summarizes the success reasons of the case project fundraising.The main reason is to discuss the fundraising strategy of the case project,summarize the action skills in the case project fundraising,and point out where the case project needs to be improved.Based on this,this article proposes to establish an innovative mechanism for non-profit organization project fundraising,which can provide systematic suggestions for fundraising of non-profit organization public welfare projects.
