An Analysis Of The Ways Of Our Government To Solve The Predicament Of Charity Organization

Charity organization as a form of organization of the third sector,in the regulation of the distribution of benefits,easing social conflicts,promote social justice,plays an increasingly significant role in promoting social harmony and other aspects.Since 1990 s,China’s modern charitable organizations get great development in quantity,organizational maturity,human resources and other aspects,also in charitable legal system and social charity consciousness.Charitable organizations are facing many problems under the great development,first of all,fund raising is one of the most serious ones.It has seriously affected the operating and development of charitable organizations.The cause of charity fundraising difficulties are in many aspects,such as the lack of information disclosure of public trust,lack of human resources construction,institutional and legal development lag and the influence of traditional ideas and so on.This paper expounds the present situation of charity fund-raising and the causes of difficulties are analyzed,the standardization of establishing and perfecting the system of information disclosure from the point of view of governance,guide the construction of human resources,optimize the external environment of organization and actively cultivate the awareness of charity advice,in order to have some positive significance for charity donations,charity organizations play a role in promoting.
