Research On The Mode Of "Internet Plus Home-based Care" Service In Whampoa District Of Guangzhou

The domestic economy and society have recently achieved continuous progress,but they are facing the dilemma of aging population.According to the relevant data of the National Bureau of statistics,by the end of 2019,the population aged 60 and above will be 253.88 million,accounting for 18.1% of the total population.According to this trend,in 2035,the proportion of the population aged over 60 will exceed one quarter of the total population,and around 2050,it will exceed one third.In the face of the huge pressure of the silver wave,the traditional way of providing for the aged in our country has not adapted to the needs of social services.Nowadays,Internet technology has matured."Internet plus home-based care" has become a new way for the government to solve the current dilemma of providing for the aged.In order to concentrate all kinds of social endowment resources,attract social forces and capital,and improve the quality of social services for the elderly,the mode of "Internet plus home-based care",with the help of modern scientific and technological means,applies the technology of cloud computing,big data and other advanced technologies to the important social problems of people's livelihood through the construction of the Internet information platform.The application of Internet technology in elderly care service in Guangzhou has always been at the forefront of the country,which has certain typicality and reference.The author chooses the mode of "Internet plus home-based care" service in Whampoa District of Guangzhou as the research object.Based on the relevant research results of Internet and home care service in recent years,the paper uses the methods of literature comprehensive analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,guided by Maslow's theory of needs,welfare pluralism and new public management theory,taking the Whampoa District of Guangzhou as an example.the mode of "Internet plus home-based care" is the research object.It explores the development characteristics and existing problems of the mode of "Internet plus home-based care" service,propose a solution after analyzing the cause of the problem to improve the home care service platform and improve the number of old-age care services.
