Research On Performance Evaluation Of Poverty Alleviation For Basic Public Services In Western China

With the continuous advancement of anti-poverty,poverty reduction in basic public services has gradually entered people's vision.The development of basic public services in poverty-stricken areas in China is lagging behind,and basic public services are an important way to achieve poverty reduction.Under the large-scale poverty alleviation mechanism and policy,whether their input,implementation,and supervision are scientific and reasonable will affect the pace of poverty reduction.The focus of people's attention.Therefore,basic public service poverty reduction performance evaluation is very necessary.This paper takes the poverty reduction performance of basic public services in western China as the research object,and analyzes and evaluates its poverty reduction performance based on the combination of theory and empirical research.First,define the core concepts of poverty,basic public services,and basic public service poverty reduction;second,take anti-poverty theory,public product theory,government performance evaluation theory,and basic public service poverty reduction mechanisms as theoretical supports;then,sort out and Summarize the current situation of poverty reduction of basic public services in the western region,that is,the effectiveness of basic public service poverty reduction and poverty alleviation;on this basis,build a basic public service poverty reduction performance evaluation index system in the western region,and use analytic hierarchy process to carry out various indicators Empowerment,and finally,the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and analyze the poverty reduction performance of basic public services in the western region,and the evaluation result shows that the poverty reduction performance of basic public services in the western region is generally low;the performance of poverty reduction in basic public services varies greatly among provinces.Based on the evaluation results and analysis of the reasons,this article puts forward suggestions on improving the public financial system,improving the basic public service supply system,improving the basic public service poverty alleviation monitoring system and assessment mechanism in the western region,stabilizing poverty reduction results,and achieving comprehensive poverty alleviation.
