Study On The Practical Mechanism Of In-situurbanization Of Rural Youth In Beijing Suburb

Nowadays,in-situ urbanization is in full swing in China.Among them,the youth are the main group in the practice of in-situ urbanization.After reviewing the research literature,we found that the academic pays heed to the typical urbanization situation of young people in rural or urban society,ignoring the heed to the urbanization practice of young people in rural areas outside Beijing.Furthermore,the academic mainly cuts into the practical logic of youth urbanization from the two ends(structural-orientation and agent-orientation),but the tension between them in theory is bound to affect the development effect of urbanization in practice.In this sense,the social space as the third social form or type of suburb to the research field,based on cluster case study method,to a nine in the Beijing suburbs rural youth group as the main research object,with relatively of middle institutional explain angle to analyze youth in situ urbanization practice,become an urgent need.By outlining village social landscape,based on study found that G village youth in situ urbanization practice characteristics and local levels of family life is related to three types of construction.Additionally,these three types are the reference frames used by local villages,especially young people,to demarcate their social structure and class sequence,which are the legitimacy and success for them to choose local urbanization in the sense of social value.From the point of institutional explanation,local youth's choice of in-situ urbanization is the result of the dual effect of gravity mechanism and locking mechanism.Although two mechanisms cause a more dependent development mentality among local youth and difficulties in career development and class transition,they create some positive effects.When the new era needs "new youth",on the macro level,the policy design ensure that the youth have a "backward road";in the medium,we encourage young people to expand their employability and entrepreneurial space.In terms of micro level,it emphasizes the shaping of youth's subjectivity and endogenous ability.Finally,we emphasized that the research on urbanization needs to be embedded in the perspective of regional differences,while the practice of urbanization needs to be guaranteed by institutional support.
