Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Guangdong has developed rapidly,evolving patterns of imbalance of regional development. Because of the “cumulativecirculation causal effect” between the regional difference of rural public goods supply andregional difference of economic development, the regional difference of rural public goodssupply became a restrict confine to the economic development gradually. How to increase thesupply of rural public goods effectively, to coordinate the regional difference of rural publicgoods supply in Guangdong, to promote the economic development, and to improve the levelof people’s life is what we need to resolve at once.On the basic of reviewing the existing literature, we use the history longitudinal analysismethod to study the historical changes of Guangdong Province Rural Public Goods Supplysystem for the root causes of regional differences in public goods in rural GuangdongProvince, and then use the comparison method to study the supply of public goods in ruralareas in Guangdong Province the status quo; then usethird clustering method and the singlefactor difference analysis, analysis of rural public goods in Guangdong Province in thedifference between the eighteen cities, as well as differences in the four regions of the PearlRiver Delta, eastern, western and northern mountains, and field survey data to be verified;then take education for example to analyzes the influencing factors of rural public goodssupply in Guangdong Province;last, the supply system for the major breakthrough to seekeffective measures to build the rural public goods supply system is conducive to narrowingregional differences in Guangdong Province.The main conclusions of this paper includes:First, regional differences exist in the Rural Public Goods Supply of GuangdongProvince; rural infrastructure has three echelon regional differences; basic education in therural areas was two echelon differences and rural technology and cultural services presentthree echelon of the differences, however, regional differences are not obvious; public healthand social security products showed a sighficant regional differences, and both showed athree echelon distribution.Second, factors influencing Guangdong Province rural public goods supply regional differences include: regional economic development, government financial capacity, theseparation of powers, the speeds of urbanization, preferences of local government, the currenttransfer payments, the constraints of geographic conditions.Third, suggestions: through the improvement of government supply-led, market andvoluntary provision of supplementary multi-supply mechanism, improve the rural publicgoods needs to express the mechanism and supply decision-making mechanism, and turoughthe design of incentive mechanisms in order to communicate the rural public goods inGuangdong Province supply system, thereby improving the supply of public goods in ruralareas of Guangdong Province regional difference, promote balanced regional developmentand ultimantely to achieve the equalization of basic public services.
