Research On The Infiltration Education In The Activities Of The Young Pioneers

Young Pioneers activities are the life of the Young Pioneers education.In the new era,the Young Pioneers activities face the new opportunities of development.Not only should we play the organizational attributes of the Young Pioneers,grasp the educational rules of Young Pioneers activities and the growth law of children,but also work hard on the “into the heart”of the Young Pioneers activities and highlight the “long-term” aspects,and subsequently give full play to the educational effect of the Young Pioneers activities.Infiltration education is the whole-process education,which effectively builds a bridge between emotion and reason,the environment and the soul.It is a crucial guarantee for the long-term effective shaping of children's complete personality and all-round education.At the same time,infiltration education is beneficial to coordinate the subject relationship between the Young Pioneers counselors and the Young Pioneers,and is also an important practice path to implement the educational effect of the Young Pioneers activities.Based on this,through the literature method,interview method and case study method,from the perspective of the educational subject,content,method,resource guarantee strength,and educational environment of infiltration education,carefully analyze the current situation of infiltration education in the Young Pioneers activities.In terms of this,it is found that there is a deviation in the infiltration consciousness of educator's subjectivity,some of the targets of infiltration education are ignored,and the contents of infiltration education are not scientific and reasonable in the process of infiltration,and infiltration education methods have “false infiltration” in the infiltration process,and the use of infiltration education resources to ensure the strength of education and the education atmosphere of the infiltration environment insufficient creation.Based on the analysis of the cause of the problem,the following suggestions are put forward: firstly,establish the value orientation of infiltration education based on the Young Pioneers;secondly,strengthen the top-level design of infiltration education in the Young Pioneers activities;thirdly,strengthen the ability of infiltration education to implement;finally,comprehensive use of various environmental elements toform the education joint effort.It is hoped that through the improvement of the above measures,the infiltration education in the Young Pioneers activities will be optimized,and the whole team and the entire process will be educated.,and effectively improve the ability and quality of the Young Pioneers,and train new people to take on the great task of national rejuvenation.
