A Study On The Function Of Social Organizations In Governance Of Demolition And Resettlement Community

At present,with the transformation of our government from "management-oriented" to "service-oriented",the government’s functions are gradually changing,and the level of social governance is gradually improving.Originally,the public services and management provided by the government were transferred to social organizations,but in community governance,it is shown that the government enables third-party social organizations to enter the community through the purchase of service projects or philanthropy projects In community governance,while satisfying the daily needs of the residents of the community,other subjects in the community are involved in community governance.The demolition and resettlement community is a kind of “transitional” community that is half-urban,half-rural,non-urban and non-rural.The original villagers were merged into a new community through resettlement.Demand,while the original governance and the provision of community services need to be further improved.This article adopts qualitative research method,through case study method,using H project as a case for research,using interview method,participatory observation,and literature method to collect data.Summarize the realities of the community governance system that existed in the community governance before the intervention of social organizations,from the inadequate connection from villages to communities,the weak sense of community belonging of community residents,insufficient participation awareness,fewer participants in community governance,and misplaced services provided by the community.Social organizations improve the current state of community governance through the involvement of VC projects,analyze the use of empowerment theory to analyze the use of training activities to improve the comprehensive quality of residents,use community activities to change the residents’ original behavior habits,and establish new interest groups to promote Diversification of communication methods,construction of new relationship networks to empower residents;improving the community’s natural and human environment,enhancingresidents’ participation in activities,reducing community conflict links and integrating resources to empower communities;through the transformation of governance concepts from management to service,the use of scientific and social work methods,and the exercise and participation of power to empowering the system.In addition,in response to the existing problems of residents’ enthusiasm to be improved,unequal cooperation between residents and social organizations,and organizational cooperation to be improved,it puts forward the role positioning of social organizations,enhances the sense of autonomy of community residents,and cultivates various types of community organizations also proposes countermeasures such as innovative volunteer services and diversified volunteer services.The purpose is to change the governance status of the community and improve the governance level of the community.
