Research On The Supply Of Rehabilitation Services For Autistic Children In Nanning City Of Guangxi

The concept of disabled people in modern civilized society believes that children with disabilities,as social subjects,have the same rights as others to participate in and share the fruits of development,and by improving the conditions for the integrated development of children with disabilities,children with disabilities can be better and more equally integrated into society.Autistic children are a special group of disabled children and should also enjoy equal rights,and the effective development of rehabilitation service provision can enable autistic children to better integrate into society,meet their needs and realize their rights and interests.At the same time,the rehabilitation service problem of autistic children is a social security problem,and the effective supply of rehabilitation services will make the social security system more perfect.Based on the concept of disabled persons,service-oriented government theory and welfare pluralism theory of modern civilized society,based on the actual situation of rehabilitation service supply for autistic children in Nanning City,data collection is carried out through on-site interviews with various subjects,supplemented by targeted questionnaire design,so as to deeply understand the current situation of rehabilitation service supply for autistic children in Nanning City.The survey found that the current rehabilitation service supply in Nanning City is still in a state of "quasi-diversification",and there are still problems such as insufficient long-term effectiveness,too single subjects,low capacity level,imperfect system,and difficult to play the role of the community.Through the analysis of its causes,on the basis of the specific practice of rehabilitation service supply for autistic children at home and abroad and the actual situation of Nanning City,the policy suggestions for improving the rehabilitation service supply for autistic children are put forward,that is,improving the long-term mechanism of rehabilitation service supply,scientifically positioning the relevant subjects of rehabilitation service supply,strengthening talent training to improve professional service level,innovating the rehabilitation service supply system,and actively advocating community rehabilitation service supply,so as to achieve true "diversification" of rehabilitation service supply.
