Study On E-government APP Under The Background Of Smart Government

The continuous development of social economy and modern information technology has brought new challenges to the government management.The traditional mode of government administration has fallen behind the times.The emergence of the concept of smart government is catering to the needs of the transformation of government governance mode.It is based on emerging information technology tools such as big data,cloud computing etc.,providing a new path to promote the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capability.As an innovative form of “Internet + Government Services”,e-government APP is not only the exploration and practice of the government to realize the modernization of government capability,but also an main fulcrum of building the smart government.Although China has made some achievements in the development of e-government APP,there are still many problems,such as blind development of e-government APP,disorderly supply market,inadequate operations management,low public acceptability and satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss how to optimize e-government APP under the background of smart government and promote the sustainable and healthy development of e-government APP.Combined with the background of smart government,this paper sorts out the development status of China's e-government APP,conducts a detailed analysis from the five aspects of quantity,category,download amount,distribution and comparison of the same type of platform,and through the questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the use of e-government APP in Yancheng,combined with the overall and regional analysis of the status quo,on this basis summarizes the existing problems in the process of e-government APP construction.In order to study the influencing factors of the public's intention to use government APP and provide pertinent basis for the optimization of government APP,this paper continues to select Yancheng City as an example,analyzes the construction of e-government APP under the background of smart government,designs questionnaires to investigate the use of e-government APP,and builds a factor model influencing public willingness to use e-government APP based on Unified Theory of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM).Through statistical analysis,the specific factors affecting the public's willingness to use are perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and image.Based on the empirical analysis of case,combined with the analysis of theoretical basis,current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures from three respects :concept,system,action.The specific countermeasures include establishing a good sense of service ?strengthening target cognition?doing well in top-level design?improveing the relevant management mechanism?building a one-stop supply mobile e-government platform?strengthening government-enterprise cooperation and talent team construction ?strengthening publicity ?improving the standardization of supply.It is expected to provide references for promoting the construction of e-government APP under the background of smart government.
