Research On Current Ideological And Political Education Of Rural Youth In Yan'an

As a generation of farmers with a higher level of education,a stronger acceptance of things and a more active mind,the degree of ideological and Political Education received by the rural revitalization strategy is closely related to whether the current rural revitalization can besuccessfully realized,to a certain extent,it indicates the prospect and level of rural development,which is the key step of our country's modernization construction and development.As the main force of Rural Social Development,rural youth have a strong sense of learning.On the one hand,they pay attention to the improvement of their own ability and actively learn new skills.On the other hand,they are active in thinking and dare to challenge themselves.This has brought wisdom and strength for the development of the Rural Society,and has also promoted the development of the rural economy and society to a great extent.Therefore,we must pay attention to the current ideological development of rural youth,constantly improve their ideological and political consciousness,improve their quality and ability to serve society.So how to carry on the ideological and Political Education to them according to the current situation of the thought of the ruralyouth in Yan 'an has become an important problem that we must face.This paper aims at the present situation of the ideological and Political Education of the rural youth in Yan 'An,through a survey of rural youth aged 18 to 35 in nine townships(including sub-district offices)of Zichang City,including threerepre sentative townships of Wayaobao,Yujiawan and Jianyucha,etc.,this paper puts forward four problems existing in the current ideological and Political Education of rural youth in Yan'An.According to the logical thinking of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the problems existing in the process of ideological and political education of Rural Youth.First of all,the connotation,necessity and characteristics of the ideological and politicaleducation of rural youth are expounded,which lays a solid foundation for the systematic research of the paper.Secondly,combined with the results of this questionnaire survey,the existing problems of ideological and political education of rural youth are analyzed from three aspects: the current situation of economic and social development,the importance attached by grass-roots leaders,and the factors of rural youth themselves,a total of 13 specific reasons for a detailed analysis.Finally,according to the reasons for the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the current ideological and political education of the rural youth in Yan 'an,which mainly includes three aspects,namely,increasing the input to the ideological and political education of the rural youth,to achieve poverty eradication and prosperity for rural youth,to continuously improve the system and mechanism of ideological and political education,to continuously improve the overall quality of educators,to innovate the educational methods and contents,and to truly change social customs,to build a soft environment for ideological and Political Education for Rural Youth in an all-round way;to play the role of the main body,study actively,enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of participating in politics,put into practice,strengthen the sense of political responsibility,and strengthen training and growth in the process of social development,improve their overall quality and ability to achieve their all-round development.Only in this way can we do a good job of ideological and Political Education for Rural Youth,better implement relevant measures of ideological and Political Education for Rural Youth,and change the ideological concepts of Rural Youth,to raise the ideological and political awareness of rural youth,to promote their awareness of serving the public,to constantly enhance their ability to serve and contribute to society,and to train outstanding New Forces for Rural Development,in order to achieve rural revitalization,building a well-off Society in an all-round contribution to a steady flow of talent,to promote the smooth realization of rural revitalization strategy.
